Job Responsibility Travel Consultant Location Jakarta Barat Requirement Maximum 35 years old Graduated from Vocational School majoring in Tourism 1-2 Year of experience as Travel Consultant in travel industry Sales skills to close and convert booking oppurtunities to achieve target Able to operate GDS Systems Sabre, Galileo, and Altea Fluency in online booking system website portal Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, data share engine Good communication &
fluency in English, both written and spoken Strong analytical, planning, organizational skills and Team work oriented Self-starter with a growth mindset, proactivity, customer-oriented, and problem-solving skills Passionate about travel and tourism, and have a strong desire to learn and grow in the industry Meeting with clients Handle incoming calls, emails and chats from customers Resolve customer queries &
ensure 100% customer satisfaction Focus selling products &
