Job Responsibility Telemarketing Location Jakarta Barat Company Karya Anugrah Teknologi is an IT distribution company that provides IT solutions to enterprise level customers. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Telemarketing Specialist to join our team. As a Telemarketing Specialist, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and converting them into sales opportunities through outbound calls. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the growth of our business. Key Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services. Identify and qualify sales leads based on established criteria. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and preferences. Present product or service offerings persuasively and effectively. Overcome objections and address concerns to move prospects through the sales funnel. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving results. bachelor’s degree or qualifications on the same level (S1/D4).
