• Provide knowledge on new and existing product launches to internal and external parties.
  
• Collaborate with Key Accounts to conduct store visits in nearby areas and throughout Indonesia.
  
• Educate Partners on product storage procedures and the prohibition of share in jar.
  
• Conduct online platform reviews to ensure good product sales execution.
  
• Ensure customer service has the best service in the industry by continuing to do competitor benchmarking.
  
• Conduct periodic tests on the CS team to ensure the same standard of knowledge
