• Facilitate active and strategic thinking in proposing solutions to meet recruitment needs
  
• Ensuring recruitment is facilitated and implemented properly in accordance with the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  
• Manage monthly employee's status and analyze the performance appraisal
  
• Plan and implement employer branding to support the hiring process
  
• Manage social media assets &
  recruitment sourcing portals
