Job Responsibility Quality Control Telesales Location Jakarta Selatan and skills Minimum bachelors degree (S1) from any major Minimum 1-2 year of proven experience as QC telesales or other sales/customer service role Experienced as a QC Telemarketing/Telesales in Bank/Insurance industry would be a plus Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects Excellent knowledge of English would be a value added Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Audit both live and recorded Telesales calls Review calls against established metrics for call length, quality and opportunity generation Grade Telesales agents against balanced scorecards Provide feedback to Telesales agent team leads on areas for improvement to increase their Sales target Coach Telesales agent team leads on effective handling call and upselling method methods Create improvement plan for Telesales agent Job Requirement Quality Control Telesales Pastikan lowongan yang Anda cari sesuai dengan judul lowongan kerja tersebut.
