We are now looking for a Product Manager who share in our purpose to drive the design and features road map of our proprietary learning platform, ZilLearn.
Working under the supervision of the Product Manager Lead, and collaborating with a team comprising business development and solutions consultants, UI/UX designers and software engineers, you are responsible for innovating and improving ZilLearn to meet the teaching and learning needs of our platform users.
Responsibilities :
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, UX, research, and other partner teams to create discovery experiences that are meaningful and delightful to consumers.
- Drive consumer engagement and gain market share through product optimization by leveraging user centric design.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on user feedback, business objectives, and market trends.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements, ensuring clear and actionable specifications.
- Maintain a product backlog and continually refine it based on changing priorities and user needs.
- Oversee the product development process, ensuring that features are delivered on time and within budget.
- Conduct sprint planning and daily stand-ups to keep development teams on track.

To bring this mission to life, ZilLearn has built a teaching and learning platform where everyone can be both a teacher or knowledge expert and a keen learner or knowledge seeker. In 2023, ZilLearn announced its plans to expand its business operations to Indonesia. This move is strategic for ZilLearn, as the Indonesian market has shown a significant increase in demand for e‑learning solutions in recent years. As a result, ZilLearn is looking to establish a strong presence in Indonesia and capture a significant market share.
