Manufacturing Quality Engineer

Ensure effective manufacturing processes and conformance of finished goods to customers%26rsquo;
specifications by:
OAnalyzing quality issues and root causesoResolving technical and quality issues with appropriate stakeholders with proper documentation and corrective/ preventive actionsoTraining Line Inspectors and Final QC Inspectors about required quality standardsoPerforming process and product auditsoEnsuring the quality of parts conform to the customers%26rsquo;
requirements.OEstablishing, updating and reviewing BCI%26bull;
Register and closely follow-up on customers%26rsquo;
feedback about quality issues by:
OIdentifying the issues, troubleshooting and discussing them with the related stakeholdersoImplementing and evaluating the effectiveness of corrective actionsoProvide a fast, accurate and appropriate response to the customer about solutions and schedulesoProperly closing the issues to the customer%26rsquo;
S satisfaction.%26bull;
Coordinate and deploy continuous improvement activities using Lean, Six Sigma and/or appropriate quality management
tools, while conforming to our internal Schneider Production System requirements.

Create strategies to deploy production/ management systems and tools in the work place.
%26bull;
Plan, design and conduct 5S audits.
%26bull;
Design and deploy employee suggestion scheme to gather new ideas from employees.
%26bull;
Prepare, compile, analyze and present quality management reports.%26bull;
Motivate and inculcate a quality improvement culture within the work place%26bull;
Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Electrical/ Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering.%26bull;
2 to 5 years of relevantexperiences, preferably in an Electromechanical/Electrical/ Electronic products%26rsquo;
manufacturing environment%26bull;
Candidates with good knowledge of IEC standards, product designing, project management, FMEA, QC improvement tools, 6-sigma, statistical analysis will be prioritized.%26bull;
Proven ability to multi-task and drive outcomes.%26bull;
Highly focused to meet customer service and quality standards.%26bull;
Strong communication skills.%26bull;
Good written and spoken English.
