5. Supervise and evaluate the performance of teams under their authority.
   
6. Submit a request for operational activity costs to the site Operations Manager.
   
7. Evaluate transportation routes and logistics capacity to make it more effective and efficient.
   
8. Create and submit reports related to logistics to User.
   
9. Report labor needs, especially if someone leaves for replacement, to User.
   
10. Become an intermediary between logistics employees at the Bali site and management.
