Key Account Executive General Trade

• Increase sales from key accounts by identifying new sales opportunities, negotiating favorable contracts, and developing effective sales strategies;
  
  
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing quality service, responding quickly to questions or concerns, and ensuring fulfillment of contractual commitments.
  
• Manage various projects or initiatives related to key accounts, such as new product launches, promotional campaigns, or training programs.
  
• Plan and execute sales strategies aimed at achieving sales targets and business growth with key accounts.
  
• Monitor market trends and consumer behavior to identify new business opportunities and direct appropriate sales strategies.
  
• Coordinate with various internal departments, such as marcomm, customer service, and operational, to ensure key account needs are well met.
  
• Conduct periodic reporting on key account performance, sales strategy effectiveness, and market trends to Manager.
