  • Support monitoring and maintain Newsroom system application and backoffice support
  • Identify problems and errors prior to or when it occurs and log all such incidents in a timely manner with the required level of detail
  • Diagnosis and Investigation any issue occurs and communicate incident to stakeholders
  • Resolution and recovery any issue occurs
  • Follow the SLA for issues with respect to the severity.
  • Maintain a record of all work efforts in the service desk system to provide quantitative measures on system performance
