- Manage business and implementation team to deliver projects.
- Maintain good communication with internal team member and customer.
- Ensure project deliverable are fulfilled in timely manner.
- Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve potential issue that might cause delay or any negative impact.
- Project planning, monitoring, controlling, review, and reporting.
- Develop project governance and ensure every stream are aligned with acceptance deliverables.
- Manages and provides project management consultation, both from business and implementation cycle.
- Together with other divisions create commitment plans, flowcharts, project effort &
budget estimation, headcounts &
resource allocation, risk calculation and mitigation. - Identify, analyze, and research on potential new project or development to support sales.
