Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement channel marketing strategies to drive growth and customer engagement.
2. Collaborate with sales and product marketing teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
3. Analyze market data and industry trends to identify opportunities for channel expansion.
4. Manage relationships with channel partners and provide necessary marketing support.
5. Measure and report on the effectiveness of channel marketing programs.
6. Lead Transformation Industry Expert team to become Agile &
   business driven team;
   focus on application &
   segment solution approach by leverage digital &
   software with Sustainability mindset

Requirements:

1. Bachelor%26rsquo;
   S degree in engineering,marketing, business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in channel marketing, preferably in the industrial sector.
3. Strong understanding of industrial automation products, internet of things, digitalization market trends, and customer needs.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to travel as necessary for the role.

Qualifications:

1. Proven track record in developing and executing successful channel marketing strategies.
2. Knowledge of digital marketing and marketing automation tools.
3. Strong leadership and people management skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
5. Familiarity with industrial marketing regulations and compliance standards.
6. Leadership and mentoring skills to develop and manage a high-performing pre-sales team.
