Job Responsibility Executive Housekeeper Location Bali We are currently seeking a passionate &
experienced Executive Housekeeper to lead our dedicated Housekeeping Team and reports directly to Director of Rooms. As our next Executive Housekeeper, you will Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness and appearance of the property Ensure that rooms suites and villas are made as per the hotel standards Report any maintenance issues discovered in rooms/public areas inspections Maintain par stock of guest supplies, cleaning supplies and linen Apply people management skills, such as training, rostering and evaluating performance Develop and implement operating procedures and standards Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping teams Inspect assigned areas to ensure standards are met Complete financial management tasks, such as setting and adhering to a timings/budget Ensure a very high level of customer service is constantly maintained Promptly attending and resolving guest complaints Handle administrative tasks - linen/guest supply ordering Be a driven problem solver with a creative approach to overcoming sticky situations Have comprehensive computer skills to support your administrative tasks Possess a strong understanding of manual handling and safe work practices Work Experience What we are looking for A hands-on leader who always leads by example A seasoned Housekeeping professional with extensive experience in a similar role in luxury environment A passion for empowering, developing and motivating your Team to succeed Someone with a strong customer focus and a meticulous eye for detail to oversee the housekeeping operation Job Requirement Executive Housekeeper Pastikan lowongan yang Anda cari sesuai dengan judul lowongan kerja tersebut.
