sales support.

Research &
Analysis



  • Reviewing sales performance of BD team and Individuals and provide actionable analysis to improve Sales Conversion % and Sales Growth %.
  • Together with BD Managers, formulate ideas and sales strategy based on the analysis to improve Sales Conversion % and Sales Growth %
  • Research &
    provide data science case studies for sales knowledge &
    client presentation.
  • Complete &
    conduct business projects or research based on the director/manager's request.
  • Analyze Monthly Customer Conversion &
    Manage Revenue Dashboard.
  • Industry and Competitive Research
  • Research on the trend in each industry to identify pain points and potential training needs to provide insight and target to BD team and individuals.
  • Research on competitors to identify potential threats and provide a counter strategy.
  • Assist BD team in building local and regional databases of corporates who have interests in data science and building a team.


Internal Sales Management



  • Seek improvements in sales processes to increase efficiency and productivity of BD team and individuals.
  • Together with BD Managers to advise BD team to prioritize projects and issues to ensure critical items are identified and worked as a priority to meet deliverables.
  • Review initial proposals created by BD team prior to review and approval by BD Manager and approval by Managing Director.
  • Draft strategy and action items to be done by the individual BD team to improve their Sales Conversion % and Sales Growth %.
  • Track and follow up with the individual BD team to track progress on the action items that needs to be done by the individual BD team and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Assist BD Manager to unblock roadblocks that individual BD team faces when converting sales should assistance be required.


Reporting



  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for business tracking
  • Conduct other relevant business reports based on the request &
    team needs


Administration &
Sales Support



  • Assign daily inbound leads for sales &
    Utilized CRM &
    Marketing tools (Export, Import &
    Manage contacts properties).
  • Assign &
    Validate Event Participant.
  • Legal &
    Administration Support for corporate sales projects &
    handle the vendor registration process (Review legal documents/contract, submit &
    complete legal or otherrequired documents for vendor registration).
  • Provide administration needs for clients' registration (confirmation letter, guarantee letter, public student agreement).
  • Manage corporate academy training reporting (routinely send attendance report, review &
    send academy certificate).
  • Plan and execute Algoritma activities across Indonesia together with the Marketing and Operations team.
  • Execute additional projects or responsibilities provided by the Head of BD and the Managing Director.


Data Science Education Center
Algoritma is founded with the purpose of making data science accessible to everybody. We organise data science workshop for individuals and corporate, we adopt a learn-by-building approach suited to beginners and non-programmers.
