• Menjalankan fungsi pengembangan serta pembaharuan terhadap content Performance Management &
  Quality Management (PM-QM) di seluruh unit dalam lingkup Group of Retail &
  Publishing sehingga dapat mendukung proses bisnis berjalan baik, berdasarkan rekomendasi atau informasi BOD, Corporate Strategy Management, atau bagian lain
  
• Mendokumentasikan Score Card Online/Key Performance Indicator GoRP dan store,
  
• Menganalisis isu/data/informasi baru yang berdampak pada strategi
  
• Memberikan rekomendasi atau informasi kepada fungsi SMO berdasarkan hasil audit/cross audit/monitoring dll
